Lifting weights at 13?

do you think 13 is too early to lift weights.

nope but I reccomend you like doing push-ups and othernatural way of building good muscles..and believe me its effective..though I just started using weights..

nope I dont think that it is because im 13 and during school our coaches nake us work out and lift weights every other day. now you dont want to do it everyday because your muscles wont have time to relax and they will become weeker because of that reason and dont over lift and make sure you always have a spotter with u! hope I help :]]]

ilovedux… im confused how is lifting weights not natural? you lifts weights to expand your muscle growth/strength beyond your own body weight…

Anyways I would say go for it, its a great time to learn how to properlly do everything, you might not see a lot of gains until your testosterone levels hit to its full levels but learning the techniques and preparing your joints with some muscle growth is good :), just stretch a lot, you dont want to stunt your growth with weights!!!

lol my doc told my brothers it was but they did it anyway now they are 19 (twins btw) 6”3 and have like awesome muscle and stuff and they are broad etc
