How can I lose weight fast if i'm 5'1"?

Want tips on how to lose weight fast …5’1’ 110 lbs now…please help

There is no fast way unless you want to damage yourself. Exercising 30-60min a day helps also eating smaller portions. If you are old enough(not in your teen) you could go on a diet akitins worked great for my mom but she sadly stopped because my dad wasnt cooperating and she gained it back. So diets arent alal but try to cut down on carbs and sugars try to avoid trans fat and try to eat lean meat(if you eat it) Dont try to eat/drink too much dairy but do get some. Good luck and the slow way is healtier there is no fast fat loss. Good Luck

from my understanding there is no fast way to lose weight unless you have money 2 remove the fat, but looks like you don’t have any fat to remove, your skinny as hell!!! i can see your bones right now!!! no disrespect, but you wanna have anerexia? if you don’t have it now. but the option i could give to you is to stop eating. every time you eat make yourself throw up. but your gonna only make yourself sick,and put yourself in the hospital, you need to stop feeling insecure about your weight,and start loving yourself, and if you feel like you can’t love yourself or you don’t know how,then ask GOD to show you how. take care. and please don’t wind up in somebody’s hospital.
