How did you lose so much weight so fast?

I think I’m really fat, but just like you, people tell me I’m skinny. In fact, people tell me that I’m TOO skinny. I’m 5’ 3’’ and my weight is 112-115lbs. I feel like I need to lose more weight, so if you don’t mind me asking, how did you lose so much weight in so little time?

at your current weight your BMI is about 19.8-20.4 - which is at the lower end of normal range, so you really don’t need to lose weight. if you really want to just eat less and excercise more. good luck.

You are your own worse critic. You should listen to people cause you really ARE skinny. 5’3” and 112-115 lbs is awesome.

Lose any more weight and you’re just going to be getting rid of muscle and become what’s known as “”skinny fat”” a phenomenon where you look skinny but you have the cholesterol of an unhealthily obese person.

My challenge to you is to just focus on being healthy, you’re already skinnny.
