How can I lose some belly fat?

how do i lose weight and belly fat, or are they the same thing? what are some easy ways to lose both?

well they didnt help much. okay heres the key 2 get some pack abs. running works the lower abs. 5 different crunches 20 times each. run at least 3 times a week and work out ur abs daily. eat right and drink lots of water good luck! <3 Laur

i see people have replied to your first question but didnt reply to your second question my advice is you want to keep your matabolism spiked up to do this u want to eat smaller portion 5-6 times a day now make these portions healthy

ADD- fruitsnuts, fish, chicken baked or broiled ,grilled rice- whole grain , brown rice, salads- low calorie dressings , breads- whole grain,wheat water 8 glasses a day

ELIMINATE:- soda high fructose drinks lower suger content , fried foods , processed food ie. froozen enteries, fast food deep fried foods chips

cardio : 3 times a week for at least 30 min then strengh training 2 times a week remember you can not lose wieght in just one spot you have to lose wieght all together and add in cardio to see results hope this helps…miss v
