How to gain weight in all the right places?
I would like to know ho to gain weight in my hips, thighs, and booty and have a slim waste line?
oh god:D do you want to gain weight if I gain one kg I would crY and I m 30 years if I gain pound I go crazy ,,feel so bad and I have to hide this and you want to gain weight mm let me tell you something if you really have this desire I can advise you with what I avoid most of the time :) bread ,rice/pasta/popcorn grapes,watermellon, butter! jams popcorn full fat cheese full fat dairy chips/crackers/icecreams with full fat and suger ,complexed carbs are what make us gain weights and simple carbs as suger 2 so what would you and for more resluts eat after you work out I assure you ,you will eat like crazy after you workout drink milkshake it will give you so much pounds go to resturants eat after 11pm ,,make an omelete with melted mozzerlla,and put aside some chillies and stuff your sandwhich with it eat meat with potatoes veggies and bread make no fat eat protin with compelexed carbs and this is a start
and congradutation you have a life you can eat what you like cause you want to gain
ok im sorry but the answer to that question is its impossible
I hate to tell you but you cant just eat a candy bar and it goes to your butt and eat a cheese burger and it goes to your hips lol it doesnt work like that
Every one is born different which mean the place your body distributes the fat is different then mine some might gain it in the butt while some in the tummy and others in the boobs gain some weight and where ever it goes it were your fat is distrubuted

you have to exercise and eat a lot at the same time. do a lot of runnind and sit ups, so that way your thighs can be thick and firm and your stomach will remain flat while the fat just go every other place. You cannot eat and sleep. you will gain weight like crazy, but loose weight. Your thighs and but will be soft and loose which you can loose anytime if you just continue eating.
