How do I get my weight back to normal after two kids?

Im Eighteen and have 2 kids and evryday I get more and more depressed I used to be 130 im now 170 weight had never been a problem for me, my weight stayed the same for years then I had my babies and it hit me hard none of my clothes fit me total depression since,I dont like to leave my house I often get mad cry,I’ve never felt so bad I hate myself yet I blame my husband,I have a hard time trying to workout I have no time my kids are 1 and a half and 6 moths as you know that can be really dificult.

is there anyway or anything I can do to get back to normal?

I’m 41 years old have 5 kids and ready to move on as far as my weight goes.

My highest has been 279lbs. I had a couple of surgerys One of them prevents me from doing exercise which is the back disc fusion. Yet I’m losing the weight naturally and healthy.

Being the mother of 5 I have a 19year old who is having a baby in June of this year2008. She has gained weight, but she can’t wait to start using the products I’m using.

You’re to young to start feeling low about yourself. I’ve been there done that. I’m keeping this as real as I can. All I can say is stop now and let’s work out a plan together do your research, because I know it’s hard to take another person’s word for it. But I have a listfull of family members that are currently experiencing the weight loss.

My son is currently almost 300lbs and I am coaching him on his weight loss, he’s 16yrs matter what start now do it for your health and for your future.

More than anything I want to help you. I know all those odd and ugly feelings of beign criticized and laughed at for being overweight.

(2lbs per week, Healthy weight loss, no starving)

I know how it is to be the fatso and the ugly duckling but I also know what it is to lose weight and get the attention so hopefully you will contact me.

I am currently trying to lose 100 lbs so far I have lost 8lbs on my first month, no starving required. When it comes to losing weight it’s extremely difficult, but it can be done.

You need to start with determination, discipline and really want it.

Remember also many years of the abuse given to our digestive system counts. there is a 21 day cleansing program with what I am currently using that helps. esp. those last few pounds are the hardest. I say few because I have 100+ to go.

I truely believe that every pound counts so I know that those twenty lbs are really bothering you.

My father is a 68yrs old and has run 20+ marathons all of them 26+ miles he had about 10lbs to lose and couldn’t for many years. Believe me he is a healthy man, but couldn;t get rid of those last few and he lost them within 2mths. My mom one of the worlds most stubborn women has changed her eating habits and lost 9lbs the first month she’s 61yrs old and my brother lost 13;bs the first month he used the 21 day we have a whole list of people in our family alone losing it. yes I love kids and I handle this pretty well a little fustrating but okay, its just weight I have a problem with not people juding me about my kids and my age thanks. im sorry to be upfront its that people often jude. thanks

I have the same problem.. but I went back to my normal weight after my baby… but I want to lose more cause my stomach is all flabby and gross but I just cant lose it cause I have to watch the baby and so on… I would say.. maybe eat less maybe like eat a lot of veggies and fruits and maybe run around the block once and tell your husband to watch the kids for just 1 hours a day..But that pretty much all you can do is exercise and eat right or your just going to stay the same… Look up on google what meals are healthy and weight loss meals and just stick to it.
