What are some ways to reduce bloating during your menstrual cycle?

I have a job interview this afternoon and all of my dress pants are a bit tight since im so bloated. I cant use my rubberband butten trick because they use clasps to close not buttens.

Drink some cranberry juice to prevent bloating, UTI, and cramps during your cycle. Also, cranberry juice has many anit-oxidants. Good Luck!

Drinking lots of water actual helps you shed the water weight which causes bloating, so try that. Also, avoid starchy foods like pasta as this could make you bloat more.

There is not a great deal you can do to make yourself less bloated within a few hours unfortunately so maybe try and borrow someone else’s pants or go and buy a bigger size for your interview just you you are more comfortable. Good luck with it.
