way's to get to sleep faster!?

ok I havent been able to get to sleep untill like 2 AM and I have school starting back up soonn. what are some way to get to sleep faster?

I count in odd numbers… it used to take me a long time to get to sleep. the first time I tried this I counted all the way up to 700 and after a couple days I could barely make it to 200 = ]

go jog or run or jump rope or anything active…I find all always fall asleep quicker after some activity and its also good for you lol

when you stard school it should corrected its self cause you wake up earlly and with a active day of school that should put you wright to sleep lol in joy the rest of you summer!

I find having a little background noise helps me get to sleep better. Just put your television on and turn the sound down so just you can hear it. A little bit of noise in the background really helps me get more relaxed for some reason - you should try it :)

You could try drinking milk or eating bananas before you go to bed. It used to help me a lot.
