If it got waterlogged, chances are the components are fried…you can’t do anything to make it work

It’s like dumping water on your computer - damage is irreversible

well I left my ipod in terrencial rain then left it in the airing cupboard for a good few hours, it played up a bit afterwards at first but then after a while it was working ok

youll need to charge it after youve left it to dry for a while because for some reason the battery drains after being wet - I thought mine was broken but my mum was all NOO CHARGE ITT D:

this might seem really dumb but honestly it works

I’ve used it to fix my phone and my cousins

take a bowl of uncooked rice and put it at the bottom of it and make sure its covered completly the uncooked riced will absorbe the water right out of it

and mign wasnt even water mign was nailpolish remover and my cousins was soapy water and both are fixed now

You really can’t. Once water ruins a cellphone, that’s pretty much it. You need to get a new one.
