Right now she is probably still in shock about what she just saw..So give her some time and then have a little talk with her. (about what she found out and you paying rent and what not). Don’t wait too long though.

I agree.. You’re going to have to prove to her that you’re responsible and it was a decison you made and it is you that will have to deal with the consequences.

Any mother freaks out when they find out their little girl (no matter what age), is not a virgin anymore. Especially since you are still under her roof. I moved out when I was 18 years old and paid rent on my own. I suggest you do the same. Your 18 years old, if you dont want your mother controlling your life, you must start to act more independent, and move out of her house.

well you are 18, what you do with your sexual life is your buisness, but the rent… she can leagally do it, because you are 18… you could try to sit down and talk about it maturely. like tell her you need to have an open talk about this, and ask why she is upset for a choice you made for yourself. also make sure the fact that condoms were used is brought up, that you know about STD’s, different infections, and the symptoms of them, that you are going about it safely, and it shouldn’t be a big deal if your handling this like an adult.
