ichibanarky is 100% correct. we (by which I mean almost all guys) are completely oblivious to the fact that a girl likes. if you think he likes you back either ask him out, or just tell him how you feel. sorry, I can’t really help with hair advice.

You can have a friend ask him - he’s probably too shy to say it to you. If you’re sure he likes you, then why don’t you make the first move and ask him out?

As for the hair style, I can’t really say without actually seeing you. Face and body shape makes a difference in how your hairstyle suits you
