How do I take the sting out of being hit in the face? I mean it really hurts right now and ice isnt helping much :(
I have a headache too, and when I first got hit my left side of my face went numb
Try some ibuprofen or Tylenol. Make sure to only take the recommended dosage for your age. Cool compresses, not ice, should help some too. Something that is to cold could possibly make the tingling worse.
What works for me, is take a fan or something that blows air and lightly direct it to your face.
