Face Rash

I have a rash only on my face. You can’t see it but when you fell my face there are loads of bumps. I thought that it might be because of the heat but my sister has it too. Any ideas on what it is and shoul di be worried?

I think it was a heat rash its gone now =] thanks for the help

have yourself being checked by your phycisian, same as your sister.. it might be an allergy.. atm, try to take anti-histamine.
