Yessss they do!!!! Trust me you’ll feel better when you have been taking them for a few weeks. I wasn’t for awhile and would always feel run down and I always looked really pale, I started taking a multi-vitamin and some others and I started feeling a lot better and having more energy too!!

Answer #4

Vitamin D makes a huge difference!!! In fact, you can find a vitamin for every medication the dr prescribes, and i’ll guarantee you they’ll work as good if not better than prescriptions. Example: i took 5000 ius of vitamin D for 6 months and my vitamin d level increased from 18 to 80. My Dr wanted to put me on cholesterol pills to lower my cholesterol of course, and something else to lower my triglycerides, but, i wanted to try something holistic. I took Turmeric daily for cholesterol and stopped drinking sodas completely. The results? My cholesterol dropped 20 points and triglycerides dropped 40 points in 3 months. The Dr said i got better results with my vitamins than he does with his pills :)

Yeah, IF you take them in properly. If you want to maintain a healthier and more fit body, don’t put it all on vitamins. Proper rest, balanced meal and exercise would also be a big boost up. You might also consider getting an insurance. You can visit http://funadvice.com/r/bjkou4o2itr for a set of insurance companies available in your area. This would be a big help too, believe me.,
