Verydark pubic thighs

The inside of my upper thigh or the pubic area is relatively much darker than the rest of the body why is that

Hi,

It could be that the area is chafed. If you are overweight, your thighs can rub together and the results are somewhat like a rugburn. This would darken the skin over time.

It is possible that you have PCOS, often comes with acanthosis nigricans which is darkened areas between thighs, back of neck, underarms… it’s a symptom of insulin resistance… you should talk to your doctor…
