Thigh and pelvic spots

Heres the problem I have a number of red spots on my top inner thighs and on and around my pelvic area, they have been there for a week beause I thought they were just from my thighs rubbing whilst I was on holiday, I havnt put anything on them yet, could really do with some suggestions, :) thanks guys :)

Thanks For the advice, However we didnt go camping and we didnt have proper beaches where we went so we didnt use them, I only have one sexual partner in which I have been with him for quite some time so I guess they might just be pimples and im over reacting, Thanks again :)
