How do I stop blushing?

Ok I got this problem when I started high school and like every time my mind thinkssomething like “omg I better not go red. I didnt make a mistake with that question…” and then like I start to go red and people look at me and say” hey red, havin fun?”!!! And like now, when ever I speak in class, I go red!

Me too! I’m quite a shy person and I don’t enjoy reading aloud in class and so I sometimes blush, or when people ask me lots of questions, or when I’m talking to someone I don’t know .
