What do you think of unexpected visitors to your house on weekends?

What do you do when you are on weekends trying to relax at home and somebody comes and rings your bell or knock at your door somebody that you didnt expect and your open the door and they said hey body how are you? Are you awake? and other obnoxious questions and then you have to put your happy face and tell them hey come on in and then you have to give them food or water, and then another person comes and so on. What would you do in this situation, i dont know if im right, but these would bother me a lot and you ? tell me please thank you.

I agree, that can be super annoying when you’re having “me time” and just feel like relaxing.. especially if it’s someone you really don’t want to talk to. As for what I’d do in that situation.. I’d probably just offer them a drink and ask them how’s it going. If you want them to leave, just act really busy and tell them that you have somewhere to be soon. With my close friends, however, I don’t really mind so much if they come randomly because I can act myself around them. It’s nice to atleast get a text or call beforehand though.

Answer #3

Annoying, specially if you barley know them or come too early

Answer #4

I think anyone popping up on my doorstep without calling first has to be handled politely but matter of factly. I would let them know they caught me at a bad time, but if they call ahead the next time, we can make plans to get together.
