Unemployment benefits after work injury?

Can I collect unemployment benefits? I live in Florida and have worked most of my adult life. I injured my back in September of 2006. Have since had surgery, but have exhausted my work comp benefits. I am no longer able to return to the job I had due to physical work limitations. I am unable to find a job due to the physical work limitations because of the work injury. Am I able to file and collect unemployment?
