Sprained Finger!

I sprained my finger for the second time today. It was the same finger, and I have a huge volleyball game tomorrow. Its the tournament, and my team NEEDS me. I need help! How can I get it to heal quicker!! It doesn’t hurt so bad. I mean I can bend it fine, but it hurts when I try to straighten it. Please help me!
