Heck No, Why would it help them grow? Think about why somethiing is the way it is befor you try/do it.

don’t rub anything on your boobs to “make them grow”. only two things will make them grow. one being your genes/DNA which you have no control over and the other is your weight. if you gain 100 pounds, all of you will grow including your boobs, but that isn’t such a good thing either though.

be proud of who you are and how you look and don’t try to change yourself to make someone else happy.

I don’t know but eating and working out dose I know I am 5’4 and wheight 100 lbs. I used to have 8 more pounds then I tried that and it made my but bigger. And boobs also.
