Yes, what ichibanarky said is right as far as MAKING them larger.

There are things to make them APPEAR larger. You can buy a push-up bra, or a bra that smooshes your breasts closer together, creating more cleavage. Certain ‘wrap-style’ tops create the illusion of larger breasts too.

Other than that no cream, pill, herb, or exercise is going to increase your cup size.
