When will a pregnancy test be accurate?

Ok We have been TTC for a while now. I got a positive on my OPK 2/5/08 My husband and I had sex 2/3-2/7 I’m Suppose to start my period on 2/18 When is the earliest I can take a pregnancy test and it be accurate???

A positive is a positive. False positives are VERY VERY rare (some say they don’t even exist). I’m pretty sure you are pregnant, go to the doctor to confirm.
