no. its the way heels usally angle, like stilletoes ( i dout i spelt that right oh well) they angle higher in the back raising ur legs so it makes your legs look slightly longer and almost makeing the skirt look shorter in the back, but no they really dont

Heels arch your feet up giving the illusion of longer legs. The same skirt on longer legs always looks shorter.
Kind of, wearing heels raises your buttocks, which, in turn, raises the hemline of the back or the skirt. That, and the fact that your legs get longer can make it seem like the skirt has shrunk!
