Well, we live in a free-market capitalist society, so I would say YES:

“Annual Bonuses”; “Tax-Deductible Perks”; “Golden Handshakes”; automatic approval of “Dubious Expense Claims”;

….. and “Sweeteners” intended to ensure that lucrative contracts will be signed, to the personal advantage of the signatories, regardless of any multinational profits (or detrimental losses) that may be incurred by the “large organizations”.
