Is it true that Oatmeal isn't healthy for you?

Like is it true that Oatmeal sticks to your stomach making it hard to lose weight? Or just in general does it stick your stomach?

I dont think it sticks to your stomach but it is in fact healthy and also like any other food, portion is key

It makes you feel full for longer which actually helps with weight loss =)

Quite the opposite. Oatmeal digests quickly and contains fiber that helps it move along. The amount of time that it takes for food to travel through our digestive tract is called our “gut transit time.” Someone eating a diet of high fiber vegetarian foods may have a gut transit time as short as 8 hours. Someone who eats mostly meat with very little vegetables or fiber can take several days for what goes in one end to come out the other. Someone with a long gut transit time carries more waste. Models sometimes resort to high colonics (a supercharged enema) to get this waste out and to get their tummy a little flatter.
