Is it true that the bacteria in you goes to the restroom?

Answer #1

so youre trying to say that the bacteria in our body goes peeing, i doubt it, but its a possibility

Answer #2

No, bacteria does not “go to the rest room.” It does produce waste, as do all living things however.

Answer #3

Yes, all the cells inside your body(even bacteria) produce waste.

Answer #4

Urine is mostly sterile, however the solid waste the body produces is filled with bacteria. The body is filled with bacteria, and much of it serves a purpose. Bacteria in the stomach and intenstines aids in the digestion and elimination process, and some of it comes out with our solid waste.

I’m not sure if your question regards solid waste or not. If it does, you should never touch your waste or another person’s waste, because while that bacteria serves a purpose inside the body, once outside, it can make you sick. You should also wash your derriere with warm water and a gentle, unscented soap after having a bowel movement, to prevent that bacteria from causing a UTI (if you are female).

If you are asking about whether the bacteria in your body is all eliminated with waste, no, it is not. And we would not want that to happen, because the insides of our bodies are filled with bacteria, and most of it is good and serves a purpose. Without bacteria, our bodies would not be able to function. (The “body cleansing” movement is based on a myth and doing such “cleansing” can actually be harmful.)
