Too much food?

Okay let me just start out that I’m not fat. I really dont think I am

But I feel that I eat too much or whatever. I need ways to motivate myself not to eat so much (in general) and not so much junk food.

Try making smoothies and eating healthier foods like banana rolls or get something that distracts you like family game night or go out walking/jogging to take your mind off eating.

Ooooh, or you could chew gum? (sugar free?)

OR. get a tredmill and put food on the other side & make you run for the food & after 5/10 minutes running: you can eat the food. haha. (extreme, yes I know)
