tips rips slips...pls?

its true its real hard loosin the last extra pounds so any diet tips plzz?? my stubborn areas are lower stomach I swear I hate it and you know the back of yo waist how it has rolls I effin hate em 2 how to I. loose that and lowa stomach fat

doing just this wont help you lose weight but I think its a good habit to get into and in a while it might help tone up a bit…Whilst brushing your teeth (hopefully at least twice a day) do exercises! This is what I do: Stand up straight whilst brushing, lift left knee up over to the right side, then right knee over to left side, repeat, do this 100 times and after that 100 you should probably stop brushing. Its good because you can still brush away and burn calories at the same time :D Also make a rule to yourself like ‘I must do 50 situps before I get out of bed, and before I go to sleep’ this should help your stomach.
