Tips for first time interview

I have my first interview EVER at a store and I really want the job. It’s a clothing store and I’m a high school student. On my resume, it states I havent ever had a job and havent really volunteered much, but I have a great set of skills and willing to learn new things. Can anyone give me tips of what to wear, how to act, anything helpful?? thankyou !

Answer #1

WEAR RED AS THIS IS A VERY POWERFUL COLOUR. DONT FORGET TO BARE IN MIND THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO 80/90% OF THE TALKING AND THEY ARE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING 20/30% OF THE TALKING.

THEY WILL ASLO TRY AND TRICK ANSWERS OUT OF YOU IN DIFFERENT MANNERISMS

JUST GO WITH GLOWING CONFIDENCE AND THE WRITE COLOURS.

(YOU WILL BE FINE)

Answer #2

Be confident, but don’t over exaggerate your abilities. If you get the job, they’ll expect way too much out of you. Be friendly to the person interviewing you because that will probably be one of your new bosses. Show up a little early and smile!!

Answer #3

Wear clothes from their store! if you have to, go but the clothes right now.

Act super confident!

They like it if you brag to them about any skills that you have

Answer #4
