Time and weight loss?

Hi everyone! Most of my life I’ve struggled with my weight..I weigh 168lbs and im 21 5’5…I know im overweight by a bit and I’ve been trying to deal with it by eating healthier, drinking more water and being active as much as I possibly can, thing is, im always so busy so I dont have a lot of time to work out or go for long walks..does anyone know any less time consuming ways to work out that are beneficial and will see good results in a short period of time? I know that I wont loose a lot of weight really fast thats not what im looking for, but anywhere between 10-15lbs a month is good. Thank you everyone for your help!

you can eat 1200 calories a day have 1 cup of fruit 1 1/2 cups of veggies 4 ounces of whole grains 3 ounces of meat 2 cups of dairy and drink lots of water, if you can seperate these foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, you will lose weight with little exercise

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
