Like twiddlemuffin said not all of them are, i have friends who are muslims and they aren’t terrorists. i believe it’s a stereotype.

Some Muslims are terrorist due to the extreme way of interpreting their beliefs, others aren’t. Saying all are is an ignorant stereotype. You get terrorists of all different types of beliefs. It’s just a shame that the media has taken everything so out of proportion.

No specific race are terrorists. Anyone can be one, but of course these days people discriminate the hell out of muslim people because of say, 9/11.

Of course not. Any American who decides to blow up something could be dubbed a terrorist, no one is a terrorist based on their race. Muslims are stereotyped like that because a part of their religion claims to believe that’s what they’re born to do. My best friend in third grade was a Muslim and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met, dispite immature losers calling him a terrorist on a daily basis.

Multazim, saying all muslims are terrorists is like saying all catholics are sexual abusers or all african americans are criminals, OBL gave islam a bad name based on what Al Qaeda did, my family are Bosnian Muslims, who as you may or may not know are FAR from radical islamists, for one we don’t believe in forcing our women to cover up etc, Since 9/11/01 I have been ASHAMED to be muslim, I’ve been beaten up and called a terrorist for it, even though my family don’t practise Islam our country (Bosnia and Hercegovina) one of the main religions is Bosnian Muslim, no, not all Muslims are terrorist, it’s a minority making the majority look bad

Muslims make up about 1/5 of the world’s population, approximately 1.5 billion people. There are maybe a few thousand Islamic terrorist in the world. That means that less than .001% of Muslims are terrorists. Not much different of a percentage than any other religious/racial/ethnic group.

Individuals are individual and accountable to their own actions and beliefs. We tend to buy into labels in group fashion rather then looking at the individual themselves who they are, their circumstance, and their actions. Most people around this world just want the basics of what we all want, food, shelter, peace, and hope for the future for themselves and families. They basically want their children to have it better then them and an ability to provide for them. The true terrorists are those who instead are focused on their own greed and power by swaying people that their is something greater then the basics and generating fear rather then hope.
