thinking to much??

so lately I’ve been thinking way to much. an unhealthy amount actually. I sit in my room in a daze just thinking about everything. I find that there is no one I can actually talk to and I’m running out of ideas on making myself happy. I am getting the feeling that the one person who actually makes me happy is losing interest in me, and we are slowly growing apart. I hate this feeling of depression. it’s starting to scare me. but my family doesn’t really have the money right now to send me to a doctor or anything. someone help me. I’m so lost. I think way to much. and I HATE what I think of. I tend to only think negative.

Focus on the positive things in your life. Write down a list of the things you like about yourself and your life. Even if they are only minor things - write them down and put the list somewhere where you will see it every day, to remind yourself that you ARE somebody special and are better off than a lot of people in the world.

Wow. We sound exactly the same. I just sit in my room, like constantly on edge thinking about anything, and working myself up. I have like depression so thats probs why. I also feel I am loosing someone close (my best friend) I’m taught at home now, and we used to see each other every weekend at least. Now she just doesn’t seem to care. I Haven’t seen her since new year. If you wanna chat private mail me :)

You must Decide to be Happy

Yep. Isn’t that aggravating? You can’t blame it on anyone else, and no one else can do a thing for you. You’ve just got to decide to be happy, whether or not your logical mind thinks it is rational to be happy and whether or not your moral sense thinks you deserve to be happy. You absolutely will not be happy for any length of time until you decide to, and if you decide to, you can be happy in the face of the most miserable circumstances.

Go out in this world and find something you enjoy doing. Try learning something new: Learn how to cook you favorite meals, talk to a stranger and get to know them. Help someone in need. Find joy in the things life has to offer. Set yourself some goals: short term and long term. Keep on forming new goals and never give up.

I hope this some how helps you. Take care.
