to start off with an exercise, the best thing to do is walk.im serious.its not harmful if u do or stop after a while either. i usually walk at the closest park near my house.walk one mile one day, two the next, until ur legs get used to walking such a distance.then, after the second or third day, go for a decent five or six miles everyday. if you do this at the same time every day, either it be morning or afternoon, within a month youll be losing the pounds. anything to eat or drink is of course just water everyday, healthy juices, fruit, veggies. anything thats not deep-fried, or fried of the matter. stay away from fast food.
