Tennis Workout ?

so im starting to play tennis with a friend 5-4x a week and walking for atleast an hour 5-6x a week and watching what I eat. The question is, Is tennis a good workout. I know I im loosing water weight becouse I sweat a lot any advice ?

Tennis is a fun sport. It helps bun callories and fat. Plus drinking a lot of water during the game will help drain all the poisons in your system. When playing and not, always eat healthy meals and continue playing. Tennis is enjoyed by many and is more exciting than walking miles and miles.

it is AMAZING exercise if you are constantly moving. and yeah, you are losing water weight, but I bet you are losing a lot of fat, too!

Given the amount of pain I was in after my last tennis match (about ten days ago) I think tennis is a great workout.

However, you’re only working one arm extremely well, the other not so much, so you should consider doing something else to balance out the upper body work. For your lower, I think what you’re doing sounds solid.
