Tea healthy or not?

Is tea healthy for you? I don’t drink it, but is there a certain type I should start to drink for health benefits or weight loss?

You should start drinking herbal Tea which is very healthy for you. Don’t get the kind of tea that has allot of caffeene in it or, if you drink Green tea, people say that it’s good for you to lose weight but, I wouldn’t recomend it. Now, I like to drink the Arizona herbal Tea since that’s for me very healthy. I would recomend the Arizona herbal tea.

normal tea is not great for you, because it has a lot of caffeine in it and it has tannic acid which is used for tanning leather, but green tea I don’t know much about
