How to stop my stutter?

I stutter and I really want 2 stop. I used 2 talk with out stuttering but since 5th grade I started cause my friend used 2 stutter and we used 2 hang out a lot and since tehn I srted 2 stutter. so does anyone know how 2 stop making me stutter??? ITS SOOO EMRASSING!!!

The Stuttering Foundation of America is a good source of help for stuttering. That is where our family of stutterers found the best information, referrals, and books, especially “Self Therapy for the Stutterer” and “Advice to Those who Stutter.”

This may seem weird, but read poetry allowed. If you spend time reading complicated, yet beautiful literature then your speech impediment will eventually go away. If your not into poetry, try an interesting book that has more complex words than “The cat sat on the mat”. your speech will start to work itself out.
