Swollen Bottom Lip

My bottom lip is swollen, I dont even know why, but I woke up this morning and found it like this..I had a cold sore the evening before, but I didnt things it would urn into swollen lips, does anyone know any home remedies, or a reason as to mabye why this happened? Much appreciated

Use Abreva even though it cost like $15 it works and heals it in like a week

I used to get cold sores ALL the time on my lips when I was younger. I got them because I didn’t protect my lips when I went out into the sun. If I got my face sunburned, sure enough these cold sores would pop out the next day. My lips would be so deformed from the swelling and talk about painful! I would be so embarassed to go outside. I wised up and now I won’t go outside without my lip protection. I use a sunscreen that’s at least 30 SPF. I won’t leave home without it! I haven’t had a cold sore in years!

You probably just bit it in your sleep, it wont be anything major. Are you sure you haven’t been bitten by an insect? Bee or something similar? That could also be the cause.
