If you are close to them why not just talk? kissing them may make things awkward.

well if its girl well i dont think it would be a promble if your very gud friend with her but if hes a guy well he might not respond to it very well he cud get upset and never talk to u or he wud contuine with the kiss and u might end up to deep into it..who knows? but just ask that person it would be easier.. Dont u think?..

“Surprise” kissing people rarely ever works out well. It’s not really a good indicator either, since most of the time people who are shocked with a kiss aren’t thinking “oh yes!”, they’re thinking “what the hell?!”. So for real, no. Don’t do it. xD
