Super confused about all this foolin around stuff.! Ughh.!

Im still a virgin, but am gettin to the point where I think im ready to lose it with my boyfriend.. But im super confused about the fooling around stuff more.! See, me and him have been best friends since the very beginning of 8th grade. We started dating this summer, and things have been gettin a lil serious. On his last day before football camp, me and him finally started to fool around. I told him not to go past my waist, so he didnt. [[he’s not a jerk.. I mean, he respects my boundaries. :d]] so I let him just kiss.lick, and put his hands everywhere above my waist. Im just so confused about what to do when he’s doin that. Liek I just lay there and breath heavy. My closest [[girl]] best friend said to moan, but I cant b/c we fool around at his house, and his mom and younger brothers would hear us. [[awkward.! Like I dont want his little brother’s thinking that’s what they should do with theri girlfriends too.! Like, they look up to him.!]] whateverr.. Long story short, what should I do/say/feel when he licks/kisses/touches my boobs, tummy, neck, etc?? Im super confused about all this stuff.! Ughh.! Any advice??
