yes a quarter cup of sunflower seeds has 36 grams of fat and will turn you into a fatty if you eat them a lot because the body isnt suppose to have over 30 grams of fat and 2000 calories a day thats why people go on a big mac diet it has 30 grams of fat enough for the entire day. dont eat too many seeds or your new name will be jelly roll :D
