It depends on the type of scar if it’s a tiny slight one or a deep scar. Tiny ones not very deep can in some cases cover over. Those like deep surgical scars will not and can be noticed more. Some scars might be able to be covered by a tan, but if you have a huge scar like I do, that came form srgery or any other damage, that might be a little harder…

Sometimes scars don’t tan(ex: new scars) and can become more obvious. But discoloration will fade over time.
