How can I get a tan from the sun?

My friend wants a nice kinda dark, natural looking tan. And she doesnt want to use that fake tan, because it makes you look orange. Please is there anything to get a tan fast and affective?

no fake tans dont make you look orange only if you apply too much of it Jordan and other silly celebrities are prime examples of this, because they basically LAYER the stuff on to GET that ugly orange colour so she wants to get a “‘real”‘ tan she wants to prematurely age her face and skin making her look older than she is, so when she is old she’ll look REALLY old and risk getting skin cancer and no doubt numerouse sun spots(frekles) all over her body? she wants to damage her health and skin all for a tan that she cant be bothered doing herself? well, its her body, nobody but her can decide if she wants to keep it looking healthy

I KNow what you mean.. I usually put on sunscreen and lay out in the sun for a while lol, I get pretty dark x)

thats super bad for her skinn and she can get cancer and or wrinkles there is spray tan that wont turn her orange
