if I stop eating homecooked meals and I ate subway everyday is that healthy or not healthy for …???cause man I can eat subways all day everyday lol x]

ha ok I worked at subway… and I got fat… well I lost it but when I did work there its very healthy but it was the bread that made me gain weight. lol

yeppp(: subway is pretty good for you. but as toadaly said, the chips and cookies is what you gotta look out for. I actually have a great aunt that lives off of subway. it’s some kind of diet thing that she wanted to try and it seemed to work pretty well. I sure wouldn’t mind living off of subway(((: haha

Well, deli meats contain nitrates, which are unhealthy. But if you eat just the chicken, steak, or veggie subs, and avoid the chips, cookies, and sodas, then yeah, you really can eat Subway for every meal and stay healthy.
