I Need Help losing weight I just busted my jeans I want to know if I am eating too much crap my daily consumption is:2 chicken sandwiches

You’re not eating enough so your body is conserving fat/calories because it considers itself in starvation mode.
Always eat a good breakfast. That jump starts your body’s metabolism and gets it started burning calories. Drink 8 eight ounce glasses every day, 1 before each meal (except for breakfast) and snack. This will help curb your appetite, reducing your calorie intake.
Get good regular exercise at least 3 times per week.
Remember, you didn’t gain all your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose it overnight. A slow steady weight loss will be easier to keep from coming back.

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

If it’s McDonald’s, yeah. Or fatty. It actually seems like starving yourself, and if you are your body will just keep on the weight, because you’re not eating normally. Or you could just be growing.
You only eat two chicken sandwitches a day? That isn’t realy bad unless their like those mcdonalds ones. Just eat healthy and exercise if you want to lose weight

sepends, if those chicken sandwiches contain a whole loaf of bread and whole chickens accomponied with three galons of mayonaise! (it’s only a question!)
becuase, two regualr chicken sandwiches with only water all day is not normally enough…
