Stripping hair question...?

I have dark hair which was dyed black, it was meant to be brown but the dye was too powerful, I have fine hair and stopped heat styling to help it recover, I frequently use hair restoration products and its relatively healthy now, despite a few split end which need to be trimmed. I want all of the colour stripped out and maybe have my hair a lighter brown, how much in england would that cost?? And what intensive conditioner would you suggest so I dont start sporting the scarecrow-esque brittle hair look?? Thankyou guys!x

after you strip it I wouldnt die it right away. stripping is just as damaging as getting a perm or dying your hair. id strip it and then condition it for a couple weeks and make sure its healthy before you dye it again
