Im 14 years old my dad passed away in nov.of 2006 and then on march13,08 my mom passed away so I had to live with my sister,lil brother,my brother in law,his brother and 2 nephews in a 3 bedroom house(way to small)and then a few days after my mom passed away somebody called childrens protective services on my sister and brother in law saying they were doing crack and all kinds of stuff so we got taken away and the next day my sister went to court and got us back but we were looking for a house before this happened but the judge said my brother in law couldnt live with us anymore cause he tested positive for marijuana so we cant get a new house cause we dont have enough money cause hes not living with us and I have no space theres nowhere I can go to just have peace and quit I cant handle it and I dont know what to do!!! So I was just wondering what is the best way to get ride of stress...
I am so sorry to hear about all that you are going thru. That is a lot to handle at such a young age.
Try keeping a journal. Sometimes it works to get things off your chest that way. I know after my wreck my doc advised me of this and it has really helped me a lot. Check with your school counselor. I'm sure they have (or know of) someone that can help you with the stress situation.
Maybe you can just go on a holiday at somewhere peaceful... YOu can also try to push the thing out of your mind and think about other sweet memories... YOu must enjoy life and don't let stress burden you... Just take it easy...You shouldn't worry too much...
talk a walk do some kind of excersize or go out with a friend that makes you laugh to get your mind off things for a moment. I am so sorry about your parents.
