Is straightening hair bad after a 7-month break?

If you do it every 7 months, no harm done. Just make sure you use some sort of heat protecting product. However, if you start doing it more often, you might eventually notice more damaged hair.

After 7 months of not straightening your hair, you should be fine (as long as you’re not planning to do it every single day)! I wish I had the willpower stop straightening my hair for that long lol. Anyway, just remember to use a heat protectant and you’ll be good to go.

Any time you straighten your hair will damage your hair. You can use heat protectanta though. & if you do it once every 7 months you won’t see any harm done.

not exactly, but if you do it over and over again like everday then it will mess up your hair/ends… if you know how to use a blow dryer it better then using a flat iron. but to be honest i straighten my hair like everyday and my hair still looks like i got it cut a couple days ago lol!!! but don’t do it everyday it will damage it!

if you leave conditioner in your hair for about 2 hours before washing it out it will keep your hair reallly healthy and it will be more ok to straighten hair regularly

if your gunna straighten your hair make sure you use heat protecting spray but you shouldnt really straighten your hair loads because this causes alot of danage in your hair eg. split ends and that is definitly not a good look!
