Straightening hair? Easy and chesp?

Does anyone know a good way to straighten hair thats about 4-5 inches long and very thick and curly.( I dont have that much money to do it)

Note: I’ve tried shampoos/conditioners and a really bad hair straightener Also my hair is a fair bit longer than in my pic

Get a flatiron. Helps tons. I use one, my hair is insane if I don’t.
