I hurt my back too a few days ago and it has been horrible trying to sleep. Try Icy hot patches or tiger balm. It has helped a little for me but I agree with kaitlyn, if your back continues to hurt go talk to your doctor

I have that same problem, well did… I used to wake up almost crying and it was hard to move. I didn’t get a good nights sleep because of my pain either. It is better now for the past three weeks because I got a memory foam mattress. I’m still hurting though and need to go back to the doctor, the pain just isn’t as intense. I have been needing an MRI for the past few years to see exactly what is wrong but couldn’t afford it. I’m hoping now that I’m on insurance that I will be able to find out exactly what is wrong.

Answer #5

You’re right! That helped me a lot… whenever I would wake up sore I’d have to make my way to the tub and then it felt a lot better.

Answer #6

ya doctor or ice and rest it on a pillow you could have pulled a muscle

Answer #7

My boyfriend suffers from a sore shoulder blade and a hot warm bath seem to ease the discomfort a bit for him. :(
